Why bamboo diapers?
Bamboo is a naturally occurring fiber. The fiber has an unrivaled silky texture and readily absorbs moisture. The bumGenius bamboo diapers are made of 80% bamboo and 20% polyester. The soaker in this bamboo diaper is made from the cotton babies microfiber terry insert.
The BumGenius Bamboo Fitted Diaper
bumGenius! Bamboo Fitted Diapers are made of bamboo terry inside/out with soakers made of our exclusive Cotton Babies microfiber terry. This ultra-trim bamboo fitted diaper has hook & loop closures (like velcro) with cross-over tabs on both sides. The cross-over tabs allow you to overlap the tabs for a tighter fit on babies who are in between sizes of diapers. The fit of the bumGenius line of diapers are so trim that 
cotton babies wanted to bring that trimness to a fitted diaper. They acheived a wonderful close and smooth fitting bamboo diaper that you are sure to love!
The luxuriously soft bamboo combined with the exclusive microfiber terry insert work together to make this a super soft, trim fitting diaper with great absorbency. The gussets gently hug your baby's legs and waist ensuring a leak-free diapering experience and a great fit every single time! Since this is a fitted diaper, it does require a diaper cover. However, I love to let my little guy run around in just the bamboo diaper while we are home.
Bamboo Diaper Size Chart:
XS (Extra-Small) fits from 6-12 pounds. It is intended for a newborn and fits low, below the navel, to keep the umbilical area dry. This diaper is designed to fit during that itty-bitty newborn stage.
S (Small) fits from 8-16 pounds. This diaper is slightly larger with a higher rise than the XS. It is intended for after your baby's umbilical cord has fallen off.
M (Medium) fits from 15 - 22 pounds.
L (Large) fits from 22 - 30 pounds.
What About Newborns in bamboo diapers?
The XS size of this bamboo diaper was designed to fit under your newborn's umbilicus to keep the entire umbilical area free of moisture and dampness. Gentle elastic at the waist and legs does a fantastic job of containing messes. The disposable-like hook & loop closures even fasten on top of each other to accomodate even the tiniest of babies. This bamboo diaper truly is a great choice for babies of all ages, but especially newborns!
