Bumgenius All-In-Ones or One-Size Diapers?

It is a tough decision whether to go with the All-In-One Bumgenius diapers or the One-Size Bumgenius diapers! The One-Size Bumgenius truly fit from birth to toddlerhood. The biggest advantage of purchasing One-Size bumgenius diapers over sized diapers is that they grow with your child! This means that bumgenius One-Size diapers are basically all you need to purchase for the time your little one is in diapers. However, since you do use them much longer than you would sized diapers, they will not last as long as sized diapers (ie. for numerous children). Depending on how many Bumgenius One-Size diapers you have, how you wash them and how your detergent reacts with your water, they may last for the life of one child or beyond. If bumgenius One-Size Diapers do last beyond one child, you will likely need to purchase more to replace some of the worn out bumgenius for your second child.

Bumgenius All-In-Ones are truly as easy as a disposable diaper! You put one on your baby, wash, dry and re-use. There are no extra steps, no extra folding, no inserts, no cover required and NO WASTE! Since Bumgenius AIO's do come in different sizes as opposed to the Bumgenius One-Size Diapers, they will last a bit longer. Bumgenius AIO's are made with the exclusive Cotton Babies microfiber as the absorbent part of the diaper and will hold approximately 12 ounces of fluid! When more absorbency is necessary, I suggest using a hemp babies diaper doubler. They are amazing!!

Washing Instructions:

1. Wash dirty diapers every other day
2. For best results, remove solids from diapers before storing in pail (a diaper sprayer is helpful)
3. Wash cold with 1/4 cup detergent
4. Wash hot with 1/4 cup detergent
5. If you have a front loader, decrease detergent amount to 1/8 cup.
6. Follow with a second rinse.
7. Tumble dry on the medium setting
8. Use only detergent and water. Once per month, you may use up to 1/4 cup of bleach in the hot wash cycle (step 4)
9. Always use detergent that does not contain perfumes, dyes, whiteners, brighteners or enzymes.
10. Do not use laundry additives (including vinegar, baking soda and fabric softeners)
11. Do not soak your diapers.
