Payment

Payments can be made with any major credit card online via our secure credit card processor or via paypal. You can also pay via check or money order made out to:

Layaway

If you would like to put an order on layaway, 30% will be required at the initial time of purchase. After 30 days, an additional 30% will be required and at the 60 day mark, the remaining 40% will be required. If you decide you would no longer like your purchase, you are entitled to a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on size of order and weight. All orders will be shipped out within 48 hours, but are usually able to shipped out the same day if ordered before noon EST. If orders are being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada, please e-mail me first for a shipping quote.

To all my wonderful international customers: I CANNOT send your items marked as a "gift." It is illegal and we can both be prosecuted. Please do not ask me to do so. Thank you!

Returns/Cancelled orders

We want you to be completly satisfied with your purchases! Since orders are shipped out asap, cancelled orders that have already shipped will be dealt with as a return. We accept unused/unwashed returns on any new items within 30 days of shipment. Washed and/or used items are not returnable or exchangeable. You are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs. We will gladly refund your money for returned new products, minus a 10% restocking fee. Exchanges for colors or different sizes may be made within 30 days without a restocking fee applying as long as no refund is necessary. In your return or exchange please include a note with your name, order number, current mailing address, the products you are sending, and the reason for the return/exchange. I strongly suggest that you use insurance on all returns.

The security of your payment details and personal information is of the utmost importance to us. For this reason, we never see, nor do we retain, any credit card information.  All credit card payments are encrypted and processed through our secure payment gateway and are used only for the transaction that you authorize.  Your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail are only used for Simple Wonders Diapers business and will never be sold to anyone.
